There is no way to actually do a progress invoice based on a quote/estimate for work completed without manually working out times and prices manually.
Using progress invoice actual amount ends up overcharging client one ends up editing manually again.
Both of these options are quicker to do in a spreadsheet as WFM won't do this.
The other option for % deposit or Deposit/Progress invoice doesn't add work on the invoice.
Finding this program doesn't do what it says with 'say goodbye to spreadsheets', there isn't enough flexibility to even invoice correctly!
